The Fine Print
Concerning ALL Balloon Products;
- All payments are due before event , pickup or delivery, 4 days before, ZERO EXCEPTIONS!!
- For events over $1000, 50 percent of the total is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
- 25% Deposit is required to hold a date.. Date changes can not always be accommodated.
While every effort is made by Colorz to correct or fix any mistakes that can occur, whether during delivery, transport or self installation, there are zero refunds for balloon items. Due to the many many factors that can influence the lifespan of a balloon, corrections or replacements can not be made to orders older than 24 hours old. Balloons that are not treated will naturally loose their shine, even indoors. Unless balloon shine is requested, expect outdoor balloons to loose shine even quicker resulting in a matte or dull appearance. Outdoor installations are subject to shrinkage and popping at higher temperatures and prolonged sun exposure. We are not responsible for these conditions and can not accommodate such. Please consider use of a tent or moving the location out of direct sun.
Balloon bouquets are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before delivery. Any special directions are included in packaging.
For Event Installations;
- There are NO LAST MINUTE/DAY OF changes or adjustments made to design on customers behalf. If for some reason the agreed upon design can not be completed due to any factor beyond my control, there are still no refunds. Every effort is made to maintain the agreed upon design choice. Changes to color and design can be requested for a fee (starting at $25), no later than two weeks prior to event.
- Area to be installed must be free and clear, meaning ready to be set up and nothing has to be moved.
- Rental items are due no more than two hours after the close of the event, unless another time has been arranged and agreed upon. If a facility allows you to extend your event, please remember to contact me to extend the pickup time. If you wish to keep balloons after an event, please let me know in advance; instructions on how to remove and save balloons will be given in advance. Please do not disassemble or move the rental items. Any damage to rental items will result in loss of the deposit fee for the item.
- Balloon column stands can be turned in for a $10 credit/refund. They can also be reused for a $10 discount on a future rental.
- Damages to rental items/equipment $350.
For Personalized Items
Delivery is included for free, pickup is available but at an understanding I am not liable for any damages incurred by choosing to pick up your product. Every effort will be made to secure items prior to pickup with instructions given.
- Items are not returnable or refundable.
- Please double, triple check your spelling on requests.
- All final payments are due prior to event day.. no exceptions, meaning zero exceptions. If payment is not received in full prior to event, all deposits are forfeited and extra fees may result. All legal avenues are pursued to collect fees resulting from non-payment, equipment damages or late cancelation.
